When Covid hit, I completely lost control of my eating. My weight slowly climbed to 89 kg and I started disliking how I looked and how I felt. Around the same time, I saw my parents dealing with lifestyle related health issues and it made me realize exactly where I was headed if I didn’t change.
Back then I had zero knowledge about weight loss, calories, protein, nutrition, or training. I wanted to improve but I genuinely did not know where to start.
While playing badminton, I fractured my ankle during a smash. Two months of being bedridden pushed my weight up to 95 kg and that became my breaking point.
That is when I decided I was done living like that. I began learning, reading, and taking responsibility for my health. But the journey wasn’t smooth. Within the first three months of training I discovered I had scoliosis which was causing sciatic pain. I had to pause leg training, start again, and later deal with ACL and pec injuries, all connected to the spinal curvature affecting my movement.
But I did not quit. I adapted. I built my own training style focused on unilateral movements and precise mechanics. Slowly, things started to change.
Four years later, I look nothing like the person who began this journey. I have built discipline, knowledge, and a genuine passion for fitness. Today I want to share that passion with others and help people break out of bodies and lifestyles they no longer feel happy in, whether their goal is better health, greater strength, or improved appearance.
